Good Morning!
I’m just sitting here sipping my morning coffee - which I’ve already re-heated 2 times - anticipating the events of today.
It’s a big day in our house today…the long awaited sectional is to arrive in the next few hours. We bought our home a year and a half ago and have been limping along with furniture from our old house in our main living space…mainly a love seat and chair/ottoman. Seating has been problematic every time we’ve had large groups over. We have a group of friends coming over tonight, so I hope they are here earlier than later! 
We went to the typical places to look for a couch - RC Willey’s, ChF, etc. We finally found ourselves at Michaels www.michaelsfurniture.com where we ended our search. I’ve never in my life had such attentive service. Penny, our saleswoman, immediately sat down and said “tell me about your space.” She obviously wanted to really learn our space challenges and help us find something that would work. We could have probably found a similar sectional someplace else, but the service really sold us. Michael’s also has a couple new policies since we last bought furniture there - 1) 5 year warrantee which includes scratches and stains - at no additional cost, 2) free delivery, and 3) the ability to have them take the furniture back (again at no cost) if you get it in the space and it just doesn’t work. To top it off, Penny’s coming out to our house next week to help us arrange it and make sure the pieces work.
