Christmas is “over” - Weekend event plan
It’s funny to me that we spend so much time building UP to Christmas, and then on Dec. 26, we consider it “over,” when in truth it has really just begun. Whatever.
If you are still basking in the after-glow of the holiday, amply plump from the holiday goodies, and not ready to hit the gym quite yet (after all, we do have one more big holiday to hit before resolutions are to really go into full-force!), here are a few things to do around town.
December 26:
7pm - Catch an Idaho Stampede Game at Qwest Arena. They play Bakersfield tonight.
December 28:
7 pm - Annual burning of the Yule Log at Tamarack Resort. The in front of the Seven Devils pub at the resort.
December 29:
8am - Fellowship of Christian Athletes Bowl Breakfast - Boise Center on the Grove. Tickets are $10 www.fcaidaho.org
December 31:
12pm -Humanitarian Bowl Football game - Bronco Stadium - Georgia Tech and Fresno State. http://www.roadyshumanitarianbowl.com/
