Stuff to do…
Okay, it seems like I’ve been a bit of a home body lately, overwhelmed with the normal stuff of life. I have a list a mile long of things I want to get out to do. So, while I can’t vouch for ANY of these, here are just a few places that sure look like fun. If any of you reading this have check these out, I encourage you to leave a review if you get to go!
1. Shankz Glo-Par-tee and Black Light Miniature Golf and Arcade. This new place is open from 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. Tues - Thursday; and 10-10 on Fridays and Saturdays. On Sunday, they are opened from Noon - 8. They ae closed Mondays. Expect to pay from $6 to $7.50 for mini-golf and children under three are free. They are located in Meridian’s Cherry Plaza (82 E. Fairview Ave.). You can also buy 3-D glasses for $2 to further enhance your experience…
2. Grab lunch at Rick’s Pressroom Grill and Bar in Meridian. As a former journalist, the name of this place is just calling to me… It’s located on 130 E. Idaho Ave in Olde Town Meridian.
3. MK Nature Center - it’s been a long time since I’ve gone… Spring is a great time to go…lots to see… http://fishandgame.idaho.gov/cms/education/mknc/
4. World Center for the Birds of Prey - they have amazing tours, and great educational programs for children and adults alike. http://www.peregrinefund.org/world_center.asp

Hi, I can’t believe you didn’t run my Craig’s list suggestion!
Also, why is that Meridian restaurant named pressroom?

Reading about your Bogus tubing experience and things to do made me realize — time is running out to get the cheap season passes at Bogus. My son has boarded a dozen times or more already this year! 200.00 pass is such a deal…

You really should try the pole dance aerobics, it is so fun! She does girls night out and bachelorette parties, she brings the pole and you and your friends get to dance on it. Really check it out. Craigslist.org
